Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 72 hours of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. We're committed to getting your Letters to Lackland apparel to you quickly so you can wear your pride and support through basic training.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for different sizes. If your apparel doesn't fit quite right, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange. We'll process your exchange and ship your new size as quickly as possible. Exchanges are free.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds with the exception of orders that arrive damaged, incomplete, or if we're unable to accommodate your sizing needs after an exchange attempt. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at info@letterstolackland.com with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Trademark Notice

Letters to Lackland's United States Air Force trademark application is currently pending. Please note that none of our apparel designs feature the United States Air Force logo. All designs are original and created specifically for Air Force moms.

Charity and Community

Coming soon. Once sales grow, Letters to Lackland will sponsor airline tickets for military moms who cannot afford to travel to Lackland for their child's graduation ceremony. Every mom deserves to be there.
